All access accounts have a 20-minute inactivity timeout, and are provided with either a MS Windows or a Macintosh Software Kit, exclusive USENET news server access. Email-only accounts require access to WHC. Month-to-month access requires first and last month prepaid. Account is for single users only and attempting to run a background network over an on-demand dialup account is strictly prohibited.

WHC provides direct Internet connectivity in the El Paso area. WHC supports dialup modem speeds up to 56Kbps (K56Flex only and V.90), and ISDN (digital) dialup Adapters at 1B (64Kbps) or 2B (128Kbps) speeds. WHC provides at no charge to our PPP subscribers, a Windows-based or Macintosh Internet starter software package. WHC does not warranty or support this software package.
