| WhiteHorse Adds Fractional DS3 Backbone Connection |
| EL PASO, Texas, Nov. 1, 2000 -- WhiteHorse Communications recently added a fractional DS3 (45Mbps) Internet backbone connection to its arsenal of Tier 1 Internet Backbone connections. The new Tier 1 DS3 circuit connects directly to the Qwest Communications hub facilities in Dallas, Texas. Combining existing Tier 1 T1 Internet backbone connections to Telia (formerly AGIS) in Dallas and Qwest in Dallas, WhiteHorse Communications has a total capacity over 36 Mbps for both incoming and outgoing Internet traffic. |
